Edward Mann are currently recruiting on behalf of an international media business located in the West Hampstead area.
We are looking for a Finance Assistant who ideally has experience in Accounts Payable, Expenses and Payroll. The role will be key to supporting the Accounts Payable system for the US and Brazilian entities, processing the UK & US payroll and dealing with the UK & US expenses.
- Ensure invoices have correct authorization
- Upload invoiced into accounting software
- Deal with / apply credits when necessary
- Coding and allocation of invoices
- Ensure supplier accounts are set up with the correct details
- Prepare bi-monthly payment runs inc. manual currency payments
- Raise payments from accounting software to banking software
- Ensure suppliers are paid in line with agreed payment terms
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Process staff expenses for the UK & US
- Reconcile UK & US company credit cards
- Annual tac returns for US entity
- Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Process UK & Us payrolls from beginning to end
- Ensure full confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Maintain up to date with current legislations, policies and processes
