Edward Mann are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator position working for a leading Property business located in London Bridge.
This role will look after all aspects of the Accounts Payable function for the business and will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Ensure the Accounts Payable process is compliant, inc. purchase orders, supplier management and payments
Make sure all invoices are correct and have a purchase order allocated
Deal with any issues with suppliers and liaise with relevant people internally & externally
Attend weekly AP Planning meeting
Manage AP email account, dealing with queries and new invoices received
Process approved invoices
Manage invoice rejection process
Ensure data is correct inc. payment terms, bank details, VAT & CIS details
Maintain good supplier relationships
Attend onsite and satellite office meetings
